Ajay possesses a B.S., M.S., in Computer Engineering and Science and an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business (NYU). He has 28 years of professional experience and has been with Artech since its inception in 1992 and is based out of Artech’s New Jersey headquarters office in Morristown, New Jersey.

Ajay has acquired significant expertise in the financial market segment including areas such as retail banking, corporate tax, mutual funds, capital mortgage services, asset management, et al. He has senior management relationships with many amongst the top 10 corporate financial & insurance institutions.

Looking ahead, Ajay has plans for Artech to become the first women-owned $1 billion workforce solutions and staffing services company in the next three years.
